Re 1-4 White Row Cottages, Beverley Hc 23 May 1991. The Commons Commissioner was found to be wrong in allowing the inclusion of four dilapidated cottages in the registration of the village green under Common Land (Rectification of Register) Act 1989. Dwellinghouses did not cease to be dwellinghouses when they were uninhabited or neglected.
