Soames-Forsythe Properties Ltd v Tesco Stores Ltd ChD 27 February 1991. The landlords claims that customers could not use walkways with trolleys; that tenants had no right to stack trolleys on the walkway; that tenants had no right to construct trolley parks in the car park and that tenants allowed stray trolleys to be left in the car park were dismissed; though since the tenants only had a license to keep trolley parks in the car park, the license was revoked and trolley parks removed.
