"Abbey National plc v Moss and others" CA 12 November 1993, held that a subsisting collateral purpose to a trust for sale could not be overridden by the trust even when the beneficial interest of one original party to the trust had passed to another who was kept out of the enjoyment of the property and sale proceeds.
