The Government is considering a scheme to help people who have discovered that the homes they bought from councils under the right to buy cannot be resold because of structural problems. Focused on a group of former tenants in Barnet who plan to sue after discovering doucment showing that the local authority was aware of structural and related problems years before the sale.
