SLC Application Lochaber RN 256 - order of 17 January 1994. The applicant obtained certain shares in a common grazings and thereafter applied and obtained a partial apportionment as a result of which his souming remaining in the grazings was reduced. He then fenced the apportionment and thereafter sought to acquire the apportionment by way of an application to the Court.
