The Federation of Associations of Specialists and Subcontractors ( FASS ) is advising members to beware of onerous clauses and amendments in building contracts following the discovery of a bogus DOM I form issued by a major contractor. FASS has also published a new edition of its "Check-It" guide to non-standard clauses .
