SLC Application Ross and Cromarty RN 442 - Order of 23 April 1993. The stated purpose of the Application was for use as amenity ground of an area adjoining the landlords` dwellinghouse and garden. The area sought extended to 1.2141 hectares, whereas the area of the dwellinghouse and garden ground extended to only 0.047. The Court found that the area sought was greatly excessive for the stated purpose, and refused the Application.
