Discusses the decisions in Hatfield v Moss , CA 25 April 1988, see WB2419-21, in which a dispute arose over the physical extent of the demised lease and Trailfinders Ltd v Razuki , ChD 15 December 1987, see Abstract 39511, where it was held that the landlord had no right to lay cabling for computers across the property demised to the tenants.
