"West Middlesex Golf Club Ltd v Ealing LBC" ChD 13 July 1993 held that the tenant had validly exercised an option for a further 21-year lease for a golf course on the grounds that conditions attached to the orgininal lease for renewal had been fulfilled dispite the landlord contention that the option was ultra vires.
