"R v Brent LBC, ex parte Macwan" QBD 12 May 1993. Held that if a housing authority`s provision of permanent accommodation was made in transitional stages, then a deferment of that responsibility pending review of the client`s circumstances whilst in temporary accommodation was unlawful.
