"Eaton Square Properties Ltd v Beveridge" CA 13 May 1993. The landlords (E) secured possession of a flat by changing the locks, after rent had fallen into arrears. Dispute arose between two assignees as to who had forfeited the lease and whether B could apply for relief or was protected by the Protection from Eviction Act 1977. B`s appeal dismissed.
