"Clark and another v Chief Land Registrar and another" ChD 28 August 1992. Where land was held on a statutory trust for sale, the court had no jurisdiction to make a charging order over the trust property under s2(1)(a) (i) of the Charging Orders Act 1979, but it did have jurisdiction to grant such an order under s2(1)(b)(i).
