The CLA has refused to sign a "declaration of commitment to the purposes of the national parks " conceived by the Countryside Commission as the culmination of the two-year National Parks Awareness Campaign . The Association is becoming increasingly concerned about the growing number of constraints placed on people who live and work in these special areas.
