The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) is to publish specially prepared rules of engagement for management and design and build contracts, incorporating a detailed model agreement recognising the roles played by clients and other consultants in major projects. RIBA is also due to produce a revised edition of the `Red Book` concerned with the terms of engagement for architects.
