In order to comply with the legislative changes introduced by the Coal Mining Subsidence Act 1991, Oyez has published a new edition of the Coal Mining Search Form (Con 29M) and the Coal Mining Directory and Guidance Notes. Also notes that all coal mining searches relating to property in the affected areas of England and Wales should be sent to British Coal Mining Reports at Bretby.
