Tietjan and another v Thwaites and Another Chd 7 November 1989. The right set out in a conveyance agreement, to pass, with boats , a dyke, was found not to be reserved only with the vendor of the earlier conveyance but that the right ran with the land and Law of Property Act 1925 s62 applied.
