Considers an appeal arising from a legal charge over a matrimonial home where the wife acted as surety under presumed undue influence by the husband. Payments were defaulted and the bank sought legal possession. The wife resisted, claiming the bank had failed to explain the legal charge to her. Bank`s appeal was allowed. Wife appealed. Appeal dismissed.
