LT 15 July 1994. Considers the assessment of compensation for the acquisition of land, where land was taken and severed into northern and southern sections. D contended that a cross or mutual ransom between themselves and the owners of development land to the north and east, was inappropriate and that injurious affection to the value of retained land, the northern and southern sections should be additionally compensated.
