In Regina v Agricultural Dwelling-house Advisory Committee for Bedfordshire,Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire ,QBD 19 November 1986, an application was granted for judicial review by way of certiorari to quash a decision of the advisory committee further to Rent Agriculture Act 1976 s28(4) whereby it resolved to advise South Bedfordshire District Council that the interest of agricultural efficiency did not call for provision of suitable alternative accommodation .
