"R v Westminster CC ex parte Castelli" and " R v Westminster ex parte Tristan-Garcia" CA 21 February 1996. EU nationals who entered the UK lawfully were entitled to temporary accommodation provided by a local authority if that LA had reason to believe they were homeless.
