CA 17 January 1990. Appeal by tenant (E) against a CC decision dismissing E`s application for a new tenancy . This had been refused by landlord (T) under Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 s30(1)(f) claiming that the property was needed for reconstruction . Premises comprised a forge. E argues that T could not produce evidence proving reconstruction. Appeal granted. E was granted a new tenancy for one year.
