A claim under Housing Act 1957 s59 and Land Compensation Act 1961 for reinstatement costs of £25 000 after a Sikh temple had been compulsorily purchased and compensation had been awarded on the basis of cleared site value . It was held that cleared site value was the correct basis of compensation; the provisions cited by the claimants were not appropriate.
