CA 29 March 1990. The court held that tenants (D), were entitled to an injunction to enforce W, which had issued a notice seeking possession of D`s tenanted property for demolition purposes, to complete the sale of the property, which D was to buy under Housing Act 1985 s118(1)(a) . Although D had deferred the purchase, they had an equitable interest in the house.
