An appeal by the tenant (F), against the finding that the landlord (M), who was claiming possession under Rent Act 1977 sched 15 Case 11 , had previously used the flat in question as his residence; claiming that to satisfy Case 11 the residence should be "permanent residence as a home". Appeal dismissed.
