QBD 1 November 1989. Application for judicial review by T to quash a demolition order for a cottage occupied by T as a regulated tenant . In June 1988 T had requested landlord to carry out repairs. F issued a demolition order after carrying out environmental inspection. Landlord sought possession of cottage as demolition order removed protection of Rent Act 1985 . Cottage became listed building . Demolition order replaced by closing order . Demolition and closing orders attacked by T on Wednesbury principles. Orders quashed.
