P&O Developments Ltd v SoS for the Environment and another ; R v SoS for the Environment and another, ex parte P&O Developments Ltd. QBD 3 November 1989. This was an application under Town and Country Planning Act 1971 s245 to quash the SoS for the Environment`s decision not to allow a development in a green belt area.
