In Behzadi v Shaftesbury Hotels Ltd CA 31 July 1990 it was held that with regard to the vendors` obligations under the contract of sale to deduce title , the period of seven days given in the purchaser`s notice making time of the essence was unreasonable, having regard to the position of the parties and the matters required to be done within that time-limit .
