CA 15 February 1990. Concerns the construction of a conveyance , which contained a pre-emption clause that the purchasers, if considering selling the property in the next 21 years, would offer the property back to the vendors. The purchasers later complied with the clause but withdrew the offer when they decided not to proceed with the sale. The CA found this action to be compatible with the construction of the conveyance.
