The ruling in Bell v McCubbin CA 13 July 1989 has highlighted the use of Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 Schedule 3 Case B to enable landlords to reclaim land from tenants for non-agricultural purposes not requiring planning permission . The NFU and Tenant Farmers` Association are attempting to overturn the ruling.
