The RICS has responded to a proposal that the Leasehold Reform Coordinating Committee work with bodies such as the Law Society and the Institution to submit a bid for 50% funding of an advisory service to point leaseholders and freeholders in the right direction to understand enfranchisement as proposed in the Housing and Urban Development Bill.
