As part of a campaign to win widespread rating allowances on West End properties, surveyors from Hillier Parker, Debenham Tewson and Chinnocks, Herring Baker Harris and Jones Lang Wootton will present evidence to the Valuation Office in November. They hope to prove there was a material change of circumstance in the West End market between the antecedent valuation date in April 1988 and revaluation in 1990.
