Petition by J for judicial review of a purported exercise by a reporter appointed by SOS for Scotland under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972 s85(4)(a) to correct an error in an enforcement notice . It was held that the error was a clerical one and the reporter had taken the correct view that the error was not material. Petition dismissed.
