Regina v SoS Environment and another, ex parte Camden London Borough Council , QBD 13 July 1987. SoS Environment had acted in the lawful exercise of his powers under Local Government Act 1985 s65 and Local Government Act 1972 s123(2) in issuing a direction for the consent to the sale of Thamesmead to Thamesmead Town Ltd.
