Rent review incapable of being enforced

Rent review incapable of being enforced - 1992 - Scotsman 26 February 1992, 12(1) .

In "Crawford v Bruce" Court of Session Inner House 12 February 1992, it was held that a rent review clause was void for uncertainty where it lacked the elements necessary for the court to arrive at a figure for the reviewed rent which could be taken to be the result of what the parties had always intended to agree as the basis on which the rent was to be calculated.
