"Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce v Bello and others" Ca 8 November 1991. It was held that a tenancy was created when a builder was allowed to move into premises, which he had just refurbished, until the premises were required. The uncertainty of the term did not affect the creation of the tenancy.
