Clarke v SoS for the Environment and another QBD 5 July 1991. An inspector,hearing an appeal against an enforcement notice on an agricultural building was found to have been wrong in deciding that the building, was not necessary for a sheep farm of that size. The inspector should not have referred to the sheep farm but approached it more generally as an agricultural building for a farmer.
