QBD 27 February 1995. Appeal against a liability order for non-domesticc rates for sites used for waste disposal and mineral extraction of stone shale. Liability order quashed on the grounds that reg 3 of thee Non-Domestic Rating (Collection and Enforcement) (Miscellaneous Provisions)) Regulations 1990 was not intended to impose a liability upon an occupier of part of a hereditament to pay rates upon whole of the hereditament.
