Final draft statutes for the formation of a Europe an confederation of national property associations, to be known as FIABCI-CE , were signed by 13 national organisations from 11 countries on 26 November 1990. Savills have announced their association with Dr Max Huber of Austrian property consultants Realburo and Hong Kong property consultants First Pacific Davies (Holdings) have linked up with US real estate agents Whitney Cressman .
