"Governing body of Henrietta Barnett School and another v Hampstead Garden Suburb Institute and another" ChD 21 March 1995. G was a voluntarily aided school housed in buildings owned by H, on a long lease. In March 1993 H served notice on G to quit in December 1993, unless agreement was reached on a reasonable fee which took into account rental values. Held that the notice given was inadequate.
