"Harrow LBC v Johnstone" CA 16 March 1995. Considers a protected joint tenancy of a council property where the wife served a notice to quit on J and H applied for possession in the county court. J claimed his wife was in breach of an injunction forbidding her to exclude J from the premises and the application for possession was dismissed. H appealed. Appeal dismissed.
