Oyez has issued two amended forms under Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 : L&T 24 Landlords notice to terminate business tenancy where Leasehold Reform Act 1967 may apply and L&T 25 Landlord`s notice to terminate business tenancy. The current stock of these forms should not be used after 29 September 1989.
