LT 27 February 1991. Appeal by ratepayer (S) against a rating assessment of a storage compound and whether 48 storage containers within compound were rateable. Held that containers were chattels in the nature of structures in the exclusive occupation of S enjoyed with the land forming the compound and together with that land formed a rateable hereditament.
