"Woking BC v Bystram" CA 9 December 1993. A suspended possession order was granted against a secure tenant, who used abusive and menacing language. Held that the council`s obligations to other tenants had been insufficiently considered in an earlier decision. The reasonableness of granting possession was also discussed.
