Agreement to apply for planning permission - 1993 - Estates Gazette Case Summaries (1993) EGCS 205(1) (8/1/94) .

"Obagi v Stanborough (Developments) Ltd and others" ChD 10 December 1993. The parties had agreed a contract under which the plaintiff would buy half of the site for development if planning permission had been obtained by the defendants. Planning permission was refused and the plaintiff claimed damages for loss of profits. Nominal damages only awarded.
