"Pollock v SoS Scotland" Outer House 6 August 1992. Scottish law does not permit the right to judicial review of an SoS`s decision on planning permission which has adversely affected property, in circumstances where the aggrieved has not heard of either the application or appeal until after the statutory time limit.
