The DTI is to investigate complaints about the pub leasing scheme operated by Inntrepreneur, the joint venture between Grand Metropolitan and Courage. The Association of Licensed Multiple Retailers has drawn up a code of practice aimed at bringing pub leases in line with other commercial contracts.
