LT 25 February 1991. The dispute arose over a proposed change to a valuation list , whereby the single entry under " Market Hall " was to be divided into the component 164 separately rateable retail and service units: stalls, stores and offices. The lvc overruled the VO, confirming the existing arrangements; the VO appealed to the Lands Tribunal . The appeal was struck out as the tribunal did not have jurisdiction to change the proposal which had been calculated incorrectly.
