Friends of the Earth have obtained an unpublished list naming the top 20 polluting power stations in the UK, ranked according to the quantity of sulphur dioxide emitted, which they are using in their efforts to speed up the implementation of pollution controls introduced by the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
