In "Tower Hamlets LBC v Abdi" CA 16 September 1992, upheld the landlord`s argument that the tenant in occupying premisely privately leased by T to accommodate homeless persons, was not protected by a statutory tenancy. The notice to quit was sufficient to terminate her contractual right. Landlord`s appeal allowed. Order for possession granted.
