In Dennis and Robinson Ltd v Kiossos Establishment , CA 25 February 1987, it was held that at a rent review if the valuer`s examination of the appropriate open market were to reveal no willing lessee at any price, he was not required by the formula to proceed on the false assumption that such a willing lessee could be found.
